Names (yours and the recipient's)
Personal photos and videos
Personal messages, letters or notes
Song preferences or audio files
Occasion details (birthday, anniversary, friendship day, proposal, etc.)
UPI transaction references for payment confirmation

We do not collect data through forms, cookies or tracking scripts on this website beyond standard web hosting logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to:

Build and personalise your surprise website
Deliver the shareable website link to you via WhatsApp
Process revisions if requested
Respond to your support queries

We do not use your personal data, photos or messages for marketing, advertising, portfolios or any other purpose without your explicit written consent.

3. Data Storage and Hosting

Your personalised surprise website is hosted on our secure cloud infrastructure. Prime websites remain active for 3 months and Elite websites remain active for 1 year from the delivery date. We will notify you before the hosting period expires.

Photos and personal files shared with us over WhatsApp are stored temporarily during the creation process and are not retained beyond what is necessary to deliver and maintain your website.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade or share your personal information or content with any third parties, advertisers or external services. Your photos, messages and personal details remain strictly private between you and our team.

5. WhatsApp Communication

All order communication happens via WhatsApp. By initiating a conversation with us, you consent to receiving order updates, preview screenshots and delivery links through WhatsApp. We do not send unsolicited promotional messages.

6. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has shared information with us, please contact us immediately.
